During the next 12 months we will commercially roll out our AI enabled person overboard detection system, known as ZOE, which has been co-developed with the US Coastguard. We will launch the world’s first unmanned search and rescue vessel, known as the Guardian. We will also grow sales of our award-winning Swift rescue conveyor.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Intern at Zelim, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts and supporting the overall business strategy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our marketing operations, from market research to content creation and social media management. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who is ready to tackle challenges head-on and help us build our brand. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and has a keen interest in startups and marketing within the maritime sector. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to gather insights that will inform our business strategy and marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation: Assist in writing scripts and storyboards for demo films, creating engaging content for our social media platforms, and updating the company website with the latest news.
  • Social Media Management: Take an active role in enhancing our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, engaging with our audience and increasing our brand visibility.
  • Press Releases: Support the creation and distribution of press releases, ensuring our latest developments reach our target audience effectively.
  • Event and Exhibition Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, contributing to the development of marketing materials and product brochures.



  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Interest or experience in the maritime sector is a plus.
